From suppliers’ factories’ audit & selection to final products, our mission is to ensure the highest quality & satisfaction for the final consumer.
It is also our duty to follow and accompany our local suppliers in the quality and risk management, to support them to meet our partners requirements, to change local practices and thus to help our suppliers to reach the highest international standards.
FACTORY SELECTION & AUDIT
We accompany our suppliers in the risk and quality management, process and ethics (BRC, FSC, GMP, IFS Certifications, etc.)
PRODUCTION MONITORING
Controls directly on the production lines, development of the packaging, inspections of the final products
QUALITY MONITORING
Tests and laboratories analysis before shipment

Respect for the environment and human beings
In accordance to International standards regarding Corporate Social Responsibility, we select suppliers and products meeting ethics commitments regarding child labor, working hours and work safety.
All our suppliers sign an ethical code and are audited regularly under ICS initiative or BSCI standards.
A blacklisted supplier is blacklisted from dealing with any of retailers companies that are members of the ICS initiative and BSCI association.
